Rosmery Martinez Nix is a passionate early childhood educator, program director, and proud new mother with over eight years of experience nurturing young children’s growth and development. As the founder and owner of Growing Minds Together Child Development Home in Washington, DC, Rosmery has created a warm, inclusive environment where infants and toddlers learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, combining her academic knowledge with her natural ability to connect with children and families. Her program reflects her belief that every child deserves a joyful, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive foundation for lifelong learning.

As a member of MSSPA, Rosmery brings her passion for early childhood education and her commitment to the Latino community, working to promote social justice and equity in early childhood education.

As a leader, Rosmery promotes collaboration, empathy, and professional growth among her teaching team. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships with families and fostering a positive, engaging learning community.
