Before launching Vamonoos, Javier held leadership roles within childcare organizations as a Finance and Operations Officer, directing budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and day-to-day operational excellence.

Javier’s background also includes over a decade of specialized work in government contractor services at Cherry Bekaert, KPMG, Deloitte, and the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
